Disney Interactive has released Disney's Phonics Quest, a new hybrid (Mac/PC) CD-ROM in its Mickey Mouse Learning series. Designed for children ages five to eight, the title features Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's apprentice and emphasizes exploration and a replayable environment that teaches letter and sound recognition, vocabulary, spelling, word building, long and short vowels and consonant blends.
