nVidia's new TwinView display architecture is now available for the Power Mac G4 line of computers. The GeForce2 MX is the standard graphic card in all retail models, while the GeForce3 is a BTO option at the Apple Store and via some resellers. nVidia's TwinView supports multi-display configuration with various combinations of multiple monitors, flat panels, and TVs as well as two independent digital flat panels.

    what about two CRT's?

    I'm unclear, can I run two CRT displays on one card? Apple's G4 graphics page says "...lets you connect both an Apple display (using the Apple Display Connector) and a VGA display — without using an additional graphics card."

    This seems to contradict Nvidia's page "Various combinations of multiple monitors, flat panels, and TVs can be connected to a single GeForce2 MX GPU"

    I'd love to grab this card to let me use the other display orphaned by OSX's refusal to support the Voodoo3's.

    TwinView

    The Apple/nVidia TwinView card can connect one ADC monitor and oneB VGA monitor at the same time. Not two ADC monitors and not two VGA monitors.

    for apple taking purchase prefs away from consumers by removing RADEON as a BTO... i hope they include the Radeon 2.
