Aestiva's Knowledge Base is a new searchable database application for web sites that allows visitors to perform simple and complex searches through support documents. It includes a web-based administration module for setting up and maintaining the knowledge database as well as customizing the GUI and the ability to track usage and have public/private documents. The $650 product requires HTML/OS Runtime edition ($350), which runs Unix, Mac OS (via WebTen), OS X, and Windows platforms.
