ConceptDraw family to debut at Macworld

Computer Systems Odessa plans to introduce a new line of productivity software titles, based on its diagramming application, ConceptDraw, at this month's Macworld Expo in New York. These apps will include several editions of ConceptDraw software (Standard, Professional, Educational and Medical Editions), ConceptDraw Server and two new applications - ConceptDraw Presentation and ConceptDraw MindMap. OS X and classic versions are planned. CS-Odessa will be in booth #1563 on the Javits show floor.

    Yay!

    Ah... it's about time! Although I love using Mac or UNIX for software development, there was never any acceptable substitute for Microsoft Visio, requiring a windows machine (Dia is terrible).

    UML Tool?

    Anybody know any good UML tools for Mac OS (X)? ConceptDraw included templates for UML diagrams, but it's really not well suited to UML.

    ObjectPlant is a UML design app for Mac OS 9. It generates C++ and Java templates, and can reverse-engineer C++/Java code. No OSX version yet :-(
