After a short suspension of Apple Demo Days, a MacNN reader notes a new round of in-store events timed to coincide with Macworld Expo New York: "Apple and MarketSource are conducting In-Store Events (Demo Days) in New York City to coincide with MacWorld.  We will be conducting these events at,  CompUSA, Circuit City, The Wiz, RCS, Datavision and J&R's."

    Only in NYC

These demodays are only being held in NYC. Too bad they're not across the US with live feeds of the keynote. That would be cool!

    Demo Days Nationwide

If you fill out part of the demo day app, you'll find a number of cities nationwide where it looks like it's going to be hosted. Sure you could run quicktime feeds.....you'll see them up in canada here, but we'll get ours delayed.

    DemoDays

Too bad. I live 20 minutes away, BUT every single Mac owner I know will be at the MacWorld Expo all three days. Just wish Adobe was there... oh well, guess we'll have to deal with this DigiRecession for now.

    MacW will beat PcW

Hopefully Apple will get some great PR from MacWorld since it looks like there will be great turn out. And we all have read what a flop PcWorld was last month.

If anyone gets interviewed be sure to stress this fact - once it is proven at MacWorld!

    macworld flop too..

macworld will be a flop too...

apple will admit they are selling very few desktops.

Noone will have any worthwhile MacOSX applications ready.

and we'll just have to stick Ghz behind Intel machines for speed (add to that OSX is a hog too)

Go crawl back under yer bridge, wouldja? Here, have a nice goat to chew on while you're there...

I really wish I'd been able to swing a trip to our New York offices for this month, so I could stop by the Expo, this should be a MAJOR event, from what I've been seeing.
