    Not slow here...

    Works great for me! Granted, I'm on a Dual533 G4 with 640MB.

    I'm impressed

with the quality of the game and speed under OSX. Granted, I am not a hard core gamer and I'm absolutely sure those type would be appauled since my hardware is a bit antiquated, (G4/466 w/ATI128 & 448MB RAM) but for me it is completely playable. Thanks for the game.

Now if I could only get Adobe products, Bugdom, and drivers for my Canon 656 scanner all for OSX, I could completely scrap OS9 from my system.

Works fine on a G4 400 pci with 384megs. Well done. Shame the actual game is quite out of date (engine wise)

    Speed

This is a game with an ancient engine that runs well on a PII-300. It'll run acceptably on a Rage Pro; it sure as heck better be impressive on your "antiquated" G4-466.

The only thing you could really do at this point to improve your machine for gaming would be to replace the Rage 128 with a Radeon, and you wouldn't notice much difference in this particular game. There really aren't any better choices until the Mac Geforce 3 is available.

    runs fine

.... in OSX on my 600Mhz iMac.

    I want to know when exactly, a 466Mhz G4 became "antiquated". :)

    Runs not

under X on my rev C iMac. (runs perfectly under 8.6 though) It keeps complaining about not being able to create an OpenGL context. Couldn't run Oni a few months back either BTW. Anyone knows what could be wrong?
