The International version of QuickTime 5.0 is now available for download after its initiall US English release in May, according to Macworld UK. The update includes UK English, Chinese, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norweigan, Portuguese and Spanish languages.

    Ridiculous.

    Some lazy guy at Apple finally got around to changing the spelling of one word in the application so it could be released - almost two months later?!?!

    What on earth? Has Apple completely forgotten about their customers who use International English versions of Mac OS? Talk about lame!

    OK, I give up. From now on I will spell it "color", "harbor", "center" and whatever else it takes. Let's skip this international english BS. We all speak just about the same language. I just want the same stuff at the same time. Pweeze.

    OS X is still US first...

    There are a lot of english words which haven't been translated in OS X...Sure we have updates at the same time but it's not finished yet !

    I hope Apple will fix that soon because it really looks like Windows 95 :-(

    Nah, X does NOT "look" like winblowz 95. It looks like aqua. But it WORKS just like 95.. filename extensions, everything is an alias, not the real file, etc. I guess they are figuring that if they make it work like winblowz, except look different, they might convince some winblowz frolks to convert.

    However, it is whispered that Jobs does NOT plan on getting the same kind of haircut as his hero, Bill Gates.

    Yes it works like 95...

    And don't forget folders with strange english names, no icons etc. !

    I hope they will at least translate names of system folder, the dock and so. OS 9.1 was pretty good, all was translated as it should.
