Graphic Simulations Corporation has released the long-awaited Baldur's Gate Multiplayer Update 1.0 as an open beta. The update replaces the current Baldur's Gate application and adds support for GameRanger, TCP/IP, and AppleTalk network games to the popular role-playing game.

I guess it's better than nothing. It should have been out of beta a long time ago.
