    Drive 10

What's up with drive 10? It won some apple software awards, yet it is not out.

Makes sence to start dishing out parts of techtool pro though. Mircomat will be making money with drive 10....not techtool pro.

    re: Free

TechTool has been free since before there was a pro version. This version just updates the UI and adds support for 9.1. The Pro version still has much more functionality is is well worth the money.

    bad link

The mavens at MacNN need to get the URL of the link right! They left off the '.com' at the end of the 'www4.macnn'.

    It should be:

    http://www4.macnn.com/macnn/software/TechTool%20Lite%203.0.1.sea

    D/L still not working...

In any browser I try I just get a resource fork-less text file. I don't know if this is just me...maybe this could be binhexed? I went to http://www4.macnn.com/macnn/software/
and it looks like it's being served off a un*x system...this file wasn't cp'd to this location, was it?

    re: bad link

The link is (still) screwed up. Try option-clicking on the link -- this will force a download. The result may be a SimpleText file with a .sea extention which will not be automatically recognized by Stuffit Expander. Drag it to Expander and it will unstuff.

Oddly, MicroMat does not make any reference to TechTool Lite on their web site, let alone provide for a download. I always thought this company was a bit "off."
