New version of MacApp

Apple has released a new version of MacApp, the development tool that was used to create applications like Photoshop. New features in MacApp Release 15 include support for building with Project Builder, a new framework of helper classes for Mac OS X's Core Foundation, and updates to a variety of Toolbox suites in ACS.
