In a case brought against MP3.com by TVT Records, the judge has ruled a mistrial after it was discovered that jurors omitted a zero during their math for damages and mistakenly awarded damages of $300,000, while jurors intended to award damages of $2 to $3 million. MP3.com originally hailed the ruling as a victory, because TVT was seeking damages of $8.5 million for the illegal copying of 145 of its copyrighted works.

TVT Records are a bunch of money grubbing scum bags. It was laughable how much money they were claiming to have lost.
