It won't launch on my G4 either...complains that it cannot start 'CarbonLib', which is in Extensions.
I had the same "can't start " problem running under MacOS 9.1 (CarbonLib 1.3.1) but when I booted into OSX (10.0.3) it ran OK. Didn't have time to try it with any real movies but it got the app's menus and dialogs up.
Where is this elusive 0.1d6? It is hyped up at all the Mac sites, but the download sites only show 0.1d5. Extremely LAME! And same thing here regards can't start with carbonlib 1.3.1.
It doesn't work.
On the site there is a link to the original website. Download the software from there and you shouldn't have any problems using it. All I can say is finally a free MPEG1 encoder for QT.
