Adaptec ships 6-port USB 2.0 PCI Card

Adaptec today announced it is shipping its USB2connect 5100, a six-port USB 2.0 host bus adapter that can attach multiple USB 1.1 and high-speed USB 2.0 devices to both PCs and Macs. The $100 PCI card has five external ports and one internal port and is bundled with a 10-foot USB 2.0 cable.
