Sources familiar with the Microsoft anti-trust case are reporting that the 19 states involved in the lawsuit are expected to join the Federal government in proposing a break-up of the software giant. Earlier this week reports surfaced that the states were having difficulty arriving at an agreement among themselves, and that they were even further from agreeing with the Justice Department.
