Escape Information Services has released DICOM Import 1.3, a new version of its $135 set of components that enhance QuickTime-compatible applications with the ability to import medical images that conform to the DICOM standard. Version 1.3 adds QuickTime support, support for images with image data in the YBR_FULL color space, an update DICOM dictionary, support for modality LUTs, and more.
