Apple has released a MySQL 3.23.32 Update for Mac OS X Server 10.0.3. The new version of the open source database server remains slightly behind the most current release of MySQL, version 3.23.38, due to the time required to test and certify the server within Mac OS X Server.

    Warning - bad installer

    Warning: I have just tried to install this over my own installation, and now my System and Library folders have vanished!!
    Anyone know what this package is trying to do? The Apple docs are non existent.

    Bad Installer - A Guess..

    Note that the article says the update is for Mac OS X _Server_ 10.0.3. That might be a clue to your problem.
