Jackson asks for second plan for MS Antitrust

Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson, who is presiding over the Microsoft antitrust case, ordered the Justice Department Wednesday to submit a second plan that could involve breaking the company into three parts. Previously the government's plan called for the creation of two companies.
