Charismac has released Charismac RAID 2.5, which adds support for software striping (RAID level 0) on FireWire drives. The RAID disk utility lets users create and manage single volume and multiple disk arrays on both external and internal storage devices. Upgrades are $40, while a $40 competitive upgrade to Charismac RAID Plus is being offered through July 31st.
