Just checked the job opportunities at Apple and found postings for "Apple Genius" and "Apple Sales Associates" in the following cities:

    Albany, NY
    Columbus, OH
    Germantown, TN
    Mall of America
    Newport Beach, CA
    Plano, TX
    West Hartford, CT
    Buffalo, NY
    Palo Alto, CA
    Tampa, FL

My guess is this is the second round of stores....

They are listed as "Store R004", "Store R005", etc.

    Enjoy

    important keyword

Okay, I'm not crazy about the lags either, but I keep repeating one thing: free... free... free... You have nothing to complain about until this becomes a for-pay service.

    MacNN downhill

Am I the only person who's noticed how incredibly DOWNHILL MacNN has gone in just the few days that NewsFactor bought them out?! Goodbye MacNN, I'm off to other Mac sites from now on.

    Late News

I was pretty disappointed that there were no updates here on Saturday for opening of the two stores. Even today, as others have mentioned, there was no posting until this afternoon and the link talks about another site's report. Although I'm sure the switch/buyout to Newsfactor was financially beneficial for macnn.com, I must agree that the quality of their coverage has declined sharply. Can anyone suggest alternative Mac news sources?
