D-Link has released an updated version and reduced the price on its DI-701 DSL/Cable gateway. The device, which allows multiple users to share on Internet connection and can be set up to act like a Firewall, now supports PPPoE. The $100 device is operating system independent, although only Windows machines support the GUI setup, others must use Telnet. [site currently down]
