Yep. What's the point of a Retro client that some versions of Retrospect can't see?
This is a beta client, keep that in mind. Plus in the install notes it states that it is for Retrospect 4.3 (Mac), not Retrospect 5.15 (Win). Give it time, the client will work with Windows soon enough.....wait, is this winnn.com? :-)
My retrospect was set to back up folders labelled "Hot" but I don't know how to change labels on folders in OS X.
It seems to be backing up something, but I don't know what.
I don't think OS x understands labels so Retrospect Client on X won't find them correctly. I found it also didn't/doesn't understand the filter for "Applications." When I tell it to back up only the Apps in the System OS X applications folder it gives wierd results. Perhaps because OS X apps don't have a resource folk? I'm not a programmer so that's just a WILD guess.
Your best bet for Support for the Retrospect OS X client is
from the e-mail support list.
