Blizzard Entertainment has released Diablo II 1.06, a new version of its popular action/role-playing game for the Mac and PC. The new version, which can also be downloaded and applied by logging in to Battle.net, updates Battle.net's Terms of Service agreement, further optimizes client to server communication and fixes copy-protection for various CD, DVD and CD-R drives. Additionally, Battle.net will now scan characters for items that were duplicated using an exploit and remove them if a character is found to be carrying more than one.

    Did they fix the paladin?

Did they fix the ridiculous paladin zeal glitch yet? I've been waiting... 6 months for that. Oh well, back to the shelf for the "game of the year"...

    Re: Zeal

From what has been discussed of the zeal problem, it's not really a bug but an annoying side-effect of the zeal skill. Regardless, why would you shelf a game simply because a single skill on one of the game's five characters is a little screwy? Why not just ignore the skill and move on, or take the advice of others and keep the skill at lvl 5 or below?
