Ealry morning tech news: The Duck Corporation,, creators of popular Apple-distributed digital video compression technology, has changed its name to On2 Technologies; The Chandler Group's new study for VARs, "Channel Program Report: Hardware Vendors," analyzes the channel programs of various computer manufacturers, including Apple; Sigma Designs has announced a family of advanced MPEG decoder chips that support MPEG-4 standards and will be available in expansion cards and digital devices later this year.
