Stomped: Rob Bartel Interview

Stomped has published an interview with Bioware's Rob Bartel, Co-Lead Designer on 3D role-playing game Neverwinter Nights. "We’ll be having about 35-40 different weapon types in the game," explains Bartel, "including some of the more exotic ones introduced with 3rd Edition: kamas, shuriken, scythes, double axes, and more. All manner of magical properties can be assigned to items within the toolset and we’ve developed a system that will allow for a near-infinite variety of those items to show up in the official campaign."
