Is the upgrade $200 ? isn't it too much ? what about people who own Bryce 4 ?
Corel has added some cool features, one is carbonizing the applicaion which also runs faster under MacOS X and Net Render. Net Render let you render animations on multiple computers connected to a TCP/IP network (the internet).... I'll be able to combine all the machines to render an animation.... whoa... I'm getting this upgrade..
Bryce STILL lacks legit hardware acellerated rendering. Compaired to 3d max, etc Bryce takes forever to render even the most simple of tasks.
Well, Bryce 5 is 40% + Faster under OS X.... I'll be looking into weather similar boosts in rendering time are consistant thoughout other 3D apps.

$99 upgrade?
I stopped at Bryce 3D, as the new features were not worth $200. If Corel makes it run natively under OS X and offeres a $100 upgrade, I will buy it.
Good going, Corel!
