Thomas Riley's Search & Rescue 3.0, is $15 shareware tool described as the "first and only tool for the Macintosh that can recover lost data directly from your Macs RAM," offering data recovery from system crashes--even after restart. It can specifically target recent applications when searching for data and a Panic Key can save RAM Image files based upon application.
