Console: Activision XBox on track

Morning console news: Activision has confirmed that its XBox development activities are on track, noting that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2x for the XBox is "moving along smoothly through its expected development process"; Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown, based on an old game for the Commodore 64, will be coming to the Playstation 2 this Fall; Casper Spirit Dimensions, a Playstation 2 game set for release this October, features Casper in a head-to-head battle with Kibosh and his evil minions; and the Interactive Digital Software Association's yearly report on the state of the interactive entertainment industry showed that more than 60 percent of all Americans above age 6 play computer and video games on a regular basis.
