Mac Soldier of Fortune 2?

updated 05:35 pm EDT, Tue April 3, 2001

IMG has quoted Raven Software's Kenn Hoestra as saying that the company's upcoming sequel, Solider of Fortune 2, has a better chance of making it to the Mac than its predecessor due to its use of the Quake III: Arena engine. The original Solider of Fortune, which was previously being developed for the Mac by Hyperion Software, will not make its way to the Mac due to a lack of programming resources at the company. Raven Software's last title, Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force for the Mac and PC, also used the Quake III engine.
