QuickTime developer changes from Apple

updated 05:20 pm EDT, Mon May 15, 2000

Apple has changed the requirements that developers must meet in order to qualify as a QuickTime developer; now any developer, regardless of level, can register online to become a QuickTime developer free of charge. Also at today's QuickTime conference, Apple demonstrated hardware that the company is working on along with Matrox and Pinnacle to deliver real-time audio and video editing, as well as PCI cards for importing DV content at speeds in excess of 130 MBps.
