Toshiba has introduced a new full-featured digital projector, dubbed the TDP-P4. The new device weighs 3.1 pounds and sports a footprint roughly equal to that of a date book. It produces 1100 ANSI lumens of brightness, has an XGA resolution of 1024 x 768, and can support other inputs like NTSC, PAL, and SECAM. The Mac-compatible projector is expected to ship in April 2001 for $6,500.
