iListen 1.1b: call for beta testers

MacSpeech is recruiting beta testers for the upcoming version of its popular iListen 1.1 speech recognition application, which will allow users to adapt their voice model through correction and allow users to add new words to the user's vocabulary from a text file.
eta testers need to meet the following criteria:
MUST have one of the following machines:
- PowerMacintosh G3 or G4 (Beige, Blue & White, or Graphite)
- PowerBook G3/G4 (but not the PB G3/250, the first one released)
- Cube
- iMac
- no processor upgrade cards accepted! (ZIF upgrades are acceptable)
MUST be running Mac OS 9.0 or 9.0.4. Not Mac OS 9.1, and not Mac OS X
(not even the Classic Environment).
MUST have at least 128 MB of physical RAM.
MUST have a High quality headset.
Finally, beta testers MUST have a fast Internet connection and at least 4
hours this week to dedicate to installing, testing and reporting.
If you are interested in beta testing, and meet the criteria, please send
a note to jeff.ganyard@macspeech.com. There are a limited number of slots
available for beta testers. Those who meet the criteria will be accepted on
a first-come, first-serve basis. All beta testers will receive a
complimentary copy of the final version of iListen 1.1 via electronic
download.
The iListen 1.01 application is currently available for $140 without a headset.
