Early morning tech news: AOL's junk mail filter software was responsible for loss of email sent by some Earthlink customers to AOL accounts over the past 10 days. Cingular Wireless plans to become the first U.S. carrier to deploy faster wireless Internet connections based on next-generation wireless technologies, promising second-quarter launches in California, Nevada and Washington in the second quarter with the North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia markets to follow later in the year.
