Aestiva today announced Aestiva LiveHelp, a software for providing sales and customer support over the Web. The Mac OS X application can provide live support online or embedded in e-mail messages through hyperlinks that launch a customer chat window. The completely Web-based application offers remote administration as well. A small-business version for a single-person support staff is $800, while a corporate version for businesses with more than one customer support representative will be available in April.
