    Peanut Press

I've used Peanut Press with my palm for almost a year and it's an excellent piece of software. The company's main short-coming (and I find the same problem with Audible.com) was its lack of titles available for the format; most titles you were looking for just didn't exist for the Palm. Hopefully now that they're going to gain a larger installed base with the forthcoming PalmOS4 the available titles will skyrocket.
Has anyone noticed that Palm seems to be buying up lots of small palmOS companies and folding them into their larger corporate umbrella? Anyday.com has become MyPalm, PeanutPress is now part of the OS...

    SK dosen't get e-pubs ye

I love Stephen King, but he doesn't seem to get the difference between regular publishing and e-publishing yet. You can't charge the same for an electronic version as for a real book and expect people not to pick the book. Randommaccess did a good story about it a little while ago. It's at

    I travel w/ peanut reader

When I discovered Peanut Reader about a year ago, I stopped carrying books on the road. Now, I usually carry 2 or 3 eBooks from Peanut Press every month when I go "a travelin!" It's been great and very convenient. And as a side note Peanut Reader lets you make your own books. I carry company documents and my own notes in Peanut Reader format, saving memory on my Palm V and it makes my material easy to access and use! What a great service!!!

All I ask is for "MORE TITLES!" please...

    SF and Peanut Press

I've been using Peanut Press for over a year and I love it. It's a great source for science fiction and especially the monthly SF magazines.
