Apple has posted ColorSync 3.0.3 SDK to its publicly accessible Apple Developer ftp site. The SDK includes the ColorSync 3.03 installer, which is due via both automatic and manual softtware "in the near future," according to a note posted on the ColorSync-users list. (The software is part of the Mac OS 9.1 install CD, but not part of the online update.)

Yes, this file has been up on the FTP since the end of January. I grabbed it a month ago after finding it quite by accident.
