Morning tech news: Motorola is ordering non-manufacturing employees in its semiconductor division to take one week of vacation time this month and another week in the second quarter; IBM's expanded e-business offerings for PowerPC processors includes online development, remote evaluation, and testing resources, allowing customers to remotely connect to and evaluate processor systems and use the PowerPC platform in Linux applications.
