TDMC releases new, updated system utils

TMDC has released its new SysMenu 1.0, a $15 utility which offers a system-wide, customizable menu with support for submenus, plugins, and other features. It also released a freeware Droplet Builder 1.0, a simple utility to create droplets that modify file attributes such as the Type, Creator, Name Lock, and more when files or folders are dropped upon them. The freeware FileChanger 2.01 for changing file attributes and the freeware WebPad 2.0 (for storing links, comments, and related notes) have been rewritten and updated with new features as well.
