Iomega has announced QuickSync 3, a new version of its automated backup software. Among its features, QuickSync 3 can automatically copy files that are moved or saved in a specified to location to another drive as well as scheduling backups. QuickSync 3 is now compatible with non-Iomega drives. The $20 software will ship for PCs on March 2, a Mac version is expected later this year.
