CE Software posts first quarter loss

CE Software, creators of QuicKeys and QuickMail, reported a first quarter loss of $186,000 on revenues of $494,000, down from the year-ago quarter that saw a net loss of $52,000 on revenues of $916,000. The company blamed declining sales of QuickMail for the reduced earnings, and announced that it is working on several new products that will be presented to shareholders at its annual meeting on Mar. 23.
