Early morning tech news: Motorola will acquire Blue Wave Systems, a maker of high performance digital signal processor (DSP) solutions; growth in PocketPC sales grew in January while Palm/Handspring sales fell; and Sony, Sega, and Namco have created an alliance where Sony will develop methods to distribute game content over fiber-optic cables to arcades run by Sega and Namco.

    misleading statement...

"... growth in PocketPC sales grew in January while Palm/Handspring sales fell."

The above statement makes it sound like PocketPC has taken a chunk out of Palm/Handspring's business. But if you read the article, it's not nearly as negative as that. In fact, it seems almost inconsequential when you look at the whole picture.
