Tech: DRAM prices continue to slide

Evening tech news: World DRAM prices continue to slide with analysts calling the market "crazy" and few willing to make any predictions of a bottom price for the popular memory chips; both Texas Instruments and Analog Devices will announce new chips this week aimed at reducing the necessary parts and costs of manufacturing cell phones; and Japanese handheld computer maker Sharp plans to bring a new handheld computer running Linux to the U.S. by the end of the year.
