Quarter to Three has published the second part of its interview with Blizzard Entertainment's Bill Roper that covers topics such as expansion set Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. "We will go back and do some tweaking on some of the older skills with the expansion," says Roper, "but mainly on the ones that don't get used a lot of times."
