Tech: US Web surfing, Amazon rated 'SELL'..

Tech news: Prudential has lowered its rating on Amazon.com to "sell" from "buy" and cut his 12-month price target to $9 from $20 a share; Three out of every five people in the US have access to the Internet at home or at work, with a total of 168 million people connecting to the Web in January; Kids are key to success of wireless, according to a consensus of executives who are looking to draw their interest and tap their market potential; and an appeals Court overturned a preliminary injunction prohibiting Barnes & Noble.com from using Amazon's patented one-click technology in the online shopping process.

    Amazon.com and One Click

    It is about time the courts come to their senses and overturn that stupid idea. You can't patent the way it appears to operate, only how it actually functions. ie you can't patent the idea of a car, only how you make a car work.
    Typical nonsense from the over zealous judiciary.
