Apple announces WWDC 2001 in May

Apple's WWDC 2001 Conference is scheduled to take place May 21-25th at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California. ADC Premier Members receive one ticket at no cost and registration is $1600 per person with a $200 discount offered to Select and Premiere ADC members through April 20th. Apple has posted a complete list of sessions, which include topics such as Aqua, Multimedia (Quartz, OpenGL, QuickTime), Mac OS X (Carbon, Cocoa, Java, BSD UNIX), and WebObjects. (Apple is offering a black leather, Mac OS X jacket valued at $250 as a special bonus to the first 1500 WWDC 2001 registrants.
