Apple is set to open its newest retail store in the US this Saturday and is planning new stores in Virginia and Connecticut, according to a new report. The Apple Store Garden State Plaza, the seventh retail outlet for Apple in New Jersey, will hold its grand opening on February 4 at 10 a.m. It is located at Garden State Plaza, I1A in Paramus, New Jersey. Meanwhile, ifoAppleStore reports that Apple has broken its streak of opening new stores "only in existing store regions" with plans to launch a store at the MacArthur Center in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, the sixth in the state of Virgina and the largest metro region without an Apple store. The report also says that Apple will also open a new store in the Stamford Town Center located in Stamford, Connecticut, just across the New York state line.
