Canon today introduced its Card Photo Printer CP-10, which is compatible with its new PowerShot S300 Digital ELPH, A20, and A10 cameras and offers full control of print settings directly from the camera's LCD monitor. The ultra-compact dye-sublimation printer produces credit card-sized color prints in as little as 56 seconds and offers 300dpi image resolution, a UV overcoat for image protection, a choice of bordered or borderless images, compatibility with DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) and compatibility with sticker paper. The 18-oz printer ships with a translucent blue case with stainless steel accents and is due in the second quarter for $400.
