MWA: Mumbo Jumbo Interview Pt. 1
updated 12:15 pm EST, Mon February 12, 2001
The newly launched mythwolfage.com has published part one of an interview with Mumbo Jumbo Games' Craig Goodman, Paul Callender and Richard Cowhill (known to Myth community members as Santa's Head, fisj and iggy the popp, respectively). The group answers questions regarding Myth III: The Wolf Age including how Mumbo Jumbo beat out several other proposals for the rights to develop the game...
...Scott [Campbell, Project Leader] wrote up a proposal for Take 2 to look at and together with Mark [Dochterrmann] and Ron [Dimant] from Ritual, formed Mumbo Jumbo, which beat out four other companies for the rites to do "Myth III." The other companies wanted to do some interesting things, like making Myth III a mostly resource based game, which may have gotten an 'odd' community response.

Good for SH!
I'm glad to see that the hard (and amazing) work of Craig Goodman (Santa's Head) paid off - and he's now working on M3.
I think the WW2 work he did helped M2 widen it's appeal - in fact I primarily play WW2 since it came out. He deserves all of the accolades for that.
