Maya 3.0 and EUI for the Mac previews in NYC

The February meeting of The 3D Artist User Group of New York will offer first looks at both Maya 3.0 and ElectricImage Universe on Wednesday, February 28th. Alias/Wavefront will be giving a Mac-oriented demo of Maya for Mac OS X and attendees will also get a first look at ElectricImage's soon to be released new interface and feature set, which will include new modeling enhancements, an improved Raytracing engine, Open GL support, new IK controls, and multi-platform support. Online pre-registration is required for the free event, which will take place at the Apple Marketing Center in NYC.
