As we originally reported back in January, Connectix today confirmed that the company will be releasing a new, Mac OS 9-compatible product that will incorporate and expand upon Speed Doubler 8's file copying features. "Due to [an] overwhelming and enthusiastic customer response we have started development on a new product incorporating the most requested features from Speed Doubler along with a couple of enhancements."
