World War II Online HQ has posted bits and pieces of information on the first-person mode of World War II Online, the persistent online war combat game which includes combat on ground, air and water. The information reinforces the lengths to which the developers are going to provide realism in the game...

We have blood pressure, ATP level and blood level modeled in the game. The ATP is your stamina level while blood pressure and level determine your brain oxygen content. Bleed too much and you slip into never never land.
So we do have a system to model shock, stamina and the effects of wounds...If you want a game to control when someone eats, drinks or procreates try "The Sims". If you want a visceral gritty combat experience play WWII Online.
